You can contact our International Desk through phone/fax/Email to inform your medical requirements and the concerns. You may forward the investigation reports / referral letters from your doctor to get the advices from our expert consultants.
MIMS International Desk Coordinator will get in touch with you with all the required details like proposed treatment plan, cost of treatment and will give the travel advice. We could also assist you with arrangements for your pick up from Calicut / Cochin International Airports and accommodation in hotels in Calicut.
Arrival in Calicut
You will be received by our representative at Airport. You will be taken in to Hospital / Hotel as per the admission plan. You will be assisted by our Guest Relations Executives to get a local mobile phone connection after arrival in Calicut.
Visit / Admission to Hospital
You will be received and assisted by Guest Relation Executive in Hospital and will be taken to International Waiting Lounge for further activities like Registration in the hospital, verification of passport and VISA, signing of the consent forms etcâ€¦
Please do remember that A VALID PASSPORT AND VISA ARE COMPAULSORY FOR THE IN PATIENT TREATMENT OF FOREIGN PATIENT IN THE HOSPITAL.

<.b> The estimate of the treatment will be given by the Guest Relations Executive in discussion with the Consultant in charge prior to the admission in the hospital or prior to departure from your country and this amount should be paid at the time of admission.
You will be given a receipt for all payments made to us and at the time of discharge an itemized bill will be issued.
In case your visit has been coordinated through our representative office in your home country, you can pay us in advance through the representative office with our consent.
